How to Create a Support Ticket

How to Quickly Create a Support Request Using the AOS Protect Agent (in 4 easy steps—scroll down for more)

1. Left click with your mouse on the up arrow next to the clock:

2. Right click on the AOS agent and these options appear:

3. Left click on “Take screenshot and request support.

4. Fill in information and then click Submit.

After clicking “Submit,” you will receive an email notifying you your ticket has been successfully generated.

2) Log into our portal and create a ticket https://aoffs.com/remote-support/

3) By emailing support@aoffs.com     A ticket will automatically get created and you will get an email response.   

4) By phone (661) 869-1001 option 2 or Toll Free (800) 804-8007 option 2. 

Someone will work with you to create a ticket and then the next available technician will start working on your issue or request.
