How to Create a Support Ticket

For Technical Support

When you left click on the up arrow next to your clock. 

You will see the two icons of the our programs on your toolbar

The AOS RMM Agent looks like this:

If you right click with your mouse on this agent these options appear:

Left click on Take screen shot and request support.

The following window will appear:

Please fill in information and then click Submit

(After typing it the first time, the agent should remember your Name and Email for future tickets.)

Here is an example of a request:

This will create a ticket in our system and the first available technician will start working on your ticket.

If your able to submit a ticket please do so before calling since it will help us provide faster support.
