Minimum Standards

To service a device effectively, its components must be within a certain generation and age. Devices that exceed this age can be more costly and time-consuming to repair. Several factors contribute to these complications: battery longevity, diminished speed, an increased likelihood of data loss, security vulnerabilities in firmware and the operating system, and general wear and tear of components. Additionally, some customers incur charges for our support. Lengthy processes like remote access, program launching, downloading, and installing can increase service time, thereby raising the fees customers must pay. Furthermore, customers might find themselves paying more frequently for upgrades and diagnostics, leading to increased downtime. This also raises the risk of investing in upgrades for a device that’s already on the brink of failure.
